Photo/Suzhou News Suzhou held a conference on Feb 14 to advance its "AI+" innovation strategy, aiming to better integrate artificial intelligence with its economy. The city announced 14 new policies to support AI development. To attract top talent, Suzhou will offer leading experts up to 100 million yuan for projects and 10 million yuan in housing subsidies. It also plans to create over 5,000 jobs annually for young professionals and fast-track hiring for major innovation teams. At the event, agreements for 154 AI projects worth over 65 billion yuan were signed. Suzhou now hosts more than 2,100 AI-related companies, including 32 listed firms and 7 global unicorns.
