East China's Jiangsu province got off to a flying start in the first quarter as the manufacturing powerhouse is poised to take industrial and technological innovation as its guide to cultivate new quality productivity, promote new industrialization, and build an advanced manufacturing base with international competitiveness.

Leju Robotics, located in the Wujiang District of Suzhou, recently delivered its 100th full-size humanoid robot, marking the beginning of mass delivery.

Since settling in Wujiang in 2022, Leju Robotics has successively launched products including hospital logistics robots and high dynamic humanoid robots. The humanoid robot production line that was put into use in December last year has delivered humanoid robots in batches to industrial enterprises, exhibition halls, universities, and research institutes where they are applied in various scenarios.

According to Zhang Dapeng, the general manager of Leju Robotics in the Yangtze River Delta Region, the company's Suzhou production line has delivered 26 robots of different shapes so far, and is expect to deliver around 1,000 by 2025.

On the eighth day of the Chinese New Year, Jiangsu Tianming Machinery Group Co., Ltd. resumed work to produce more than 200 orders of spandex winding machines that were booked before the year and will be delivered to Chongqing and Zhejiang.

"Our products cover various fields, such as chemical fiber equipment, geological and mining equipment, military equipment, and special vehicles. We maintain a good development momentum with sufficient orders and orderly production," said Feng Xinhai, the deputy general manager of Jiangsu Tianming Machinery Group.

The workers of Nanjing Iveco Automobile Co., Ltd. were seen installing accessories on the car body with the assembly line running at full capacity to roll off one new van after another. At present, the company has resumed production with sufficient orders.

"We plan to deliver 7000 vans in the first quarter, with 35% already delivered in January and sufficient orders in February. We are currently working hard to meet the delivery requirements," Zhou Wenjun, the deputy director of the Manufacturing Center, said.
